Product Satisfaction
At Livihoni & Adonis LLC, we aim to please you with our sweatsuits, tees, and activewear. If you do not agree with your purchase, Please let us know within 24 hours. We will solve it with a replacement, exchange, or partial refund. We stand by the quality and comfort of every product to ensure it meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
At Livihoni & Adonis LLC, we don't have a standard return process for sweatsuits and tees. If you get a wrong or imperfect product, we will fix it with an exchange or a resolution. You must make return or exchange requests within 24 hours of acquiring the product.
Refunds
We issue refunds only in exceptional cases where a replacement or exchange cannot be provided. You must also make refund requests within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once agree to receive, refunds will go to your original payment method within seven days.
Cancellations
In case of cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of processing may incur charges.
